Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions and images. Colours may vary by display, lighting and fabric batch. Handmade and natural materials may show reasonable variations.
Custom orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving configuration, orientation, dimensions, fabric, colour, firmness and other specifications before production. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery time and may not always be possible.
Pricing and payment
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and payment milestones are those stated in the final quotation or checkout. An online listing price of zero or an obvious technical error does not constitute a binding offer; final made-to-order pricing must be confirmed before production.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies according to the written warranty supplied or stated with the order. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, environmental damage or reasonable material variation.
