Most Griham Decor sofas are made to order using the configuration, dimensions, colour and fabric approved by the customer. Because customised products cannot ordinarily be resold, they are not eligible for return or cancellation once material procurement or production has started.
Damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order, notify us promptly with photographs and order details. After inspection, we may repair, replace the affected component or provide another appropriate resolution.
Colour and appearance
Minor variations in fabric shade, texture, wood grain, handcrafted dimensions and screen-to-actual colour are not normally considered defects.
Approved cancellations
If cancellation is accepted before production begins, any refund will be calculated after deducting payment charges and costs already incurred for design, measurement, fabric or materials. Refund timing depends on the original payment method.
